The prices for translation services that we provide are set depending on the number of pages or on the number of characters.
Therefore, notarial documents, study documents or certificates are assessed “per page”.
In respect of translations such as teaching materials (curricula, courses, textbooks), contracts, technical and scientific documentation,technical and medical texts, IT, etc., the fees for translation services are assessed based on the reference point of 2000 characters with spaces (one page).
The translation fees may have discounts if the customer wishes to translate a material with a large number of pages. The discount will be determined by mutual agreement with the customer..
The fees for interpretation services vary depending on the difficulty of interpreting and the duration of the event in respect of which such service is provided. Thus, the fee for English, Italian, French, Spanish interpretation starts from 130 euro/day (6-8 hours),and for transport to the notary office – if statements, powers of attorney etc. need to be signed, fees start from 130 lei/hour. If you wish to set these fees, please contact us and we will provide you a customized quotation.
The fee for the legalization of translation (legalization of translator's signature) amounts to:
- 45 lei/document the first counterpart;
- 20 lei/extra counterpart
In respect of documents under private signature, a sum of 10 lei/pagewill be charged for the certified copy of the original page.
The fee for certified copies amounts to:
- 10 lei/page
Apostille applied by the Prefecture - 100 lei/document
Apostille applied on the translation (Chamber of Notaries) - 80 lei/document
Superlegalization of translation (Chamber of Notaries) - 80 lei/document
Translation services for emergency orders: the fee is increased from 50% up to 100%, only with the customer’s approval.
Fees are subject to change without notice, and they vary depending on the document and the difficulty of translation.
